ROC Brewing Azacca Pale - Azacca®, named for the Haitian god of agriculture, is a hop big in citrus and tropical fruit tones. It’s excellent aromatic qualities have quickly made Azacca a go-to hop for late and dry hop additions in varying styles of beer. AROMA - mango; papaya; orange; grapefruit; lemon; piney; spicy; pineapple; grassy; tropical fruit; citrus.  Intense and tropical. Sustained impressions of citrus and very ripe mango, with notes of orchard fruit (pears, apples) and pine needles throughout.

ROC Brewing Sassypants - A spicy Belgian-style saison with spicy jalapeño and a touch of tropical fruit. The perfect balance of sweet and spicy!

Swiftwater Cherry Sour - Made from semi-sweet cherries from DeFisher farms in Williamson and fermented with a saison and brett blend. Earthy funky and fruity.
